·      Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment platforms specified at checkout.

·      Failure to pay in full prior to check-in may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

·      Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus any applicable processing fees.

·      Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

·      No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.

·      No refunds for no-shows or early departures.

·      All refunds are subject to processing within 10 business days.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

·      Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time on the arrival date.

·      Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time on the departure date.

·      Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

·      Guests must return all keys, passes, and remotes at the end of their stay.

5. Occupancy and Use

·      The maximum number of guests permitted is as stated in your booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction or additional fees.

·      The property is for short-term vacation rental purposes only. Parties, large gatherings, or commercial use are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Company.

·      Guests must respect the residential nature and quiet hours of the neighborhood (typically 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

·      Pets are permitted only if specified in the booking confirmation. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

6. House Rules

·      No smoking is allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

·      Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the house during their stay. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in additional charges.

·      Any damage to the property, furnishings, appliances, or exterior must be reported immediately. Guests are financially responsible for repairs or replacement.

·      Do not tamper with safety equipment such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or security cameras.

·      Children must be supervised at all times.

7. Liability and Indemnification

·      If the property becomes unavailable due to force majeure, the Company will issue a full refund or offer alternate dates, subject to availability.

·      Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for reservation fulfillment or by law.

11. Changes to Reservation or Terms

·      If a change renders your stay impossible, a full refund will be issued.
